Welcome! This is the first edition of the Lehigh Consulting Group
newsletter. We'll be updating you three times throughout the year on how our projects
are progressing, the events we've organized, and what our members are up to. This
semester has been one of significant growth, from our largest Consulting Summit yet
to welcoming 24 new analysts who are already working on client
projects.

2025 CONSULTING SUMMIT
Over 200 students attended our largest Summit yet
Our first major event of the school year took place on September 13th, drawing over 200 students who came to learn from industry leaders across eight consulting firms.
RSM served as our keynote, with Charlie Minanno and Katie Pupillo leading the presentation. In total, 18 representatives from the eight firms participated in panels and networking sessions throughout the afternoon.
Firms in attendance included RSM, Ankura, West Monroe, EY, KPMG, Accenture, Bain, FTI Consulting, and Crowe.
We were especially proud to welcome back Akhil Patil and Sam Rosen, both LCG alumni who returned as firm representatives.
NEW ANALYST CLASS
24 new analysts join LCG
Following the Summit, we welcomed our new class into the Analyst Development Program. They've already begun participating in our education curriculum and have been integrated into client projects.
We selected 24 new analysts from a highly competitive applicant pool: 10 freshmen, 12 sophomores, 1 junior, and 1 senior.
These analysts, along with our returning members, are now dispersed across six active projects led by seven project managers.
EXECUTIVE BOARD TRANSITIONS
New leadership takes the helm
In addition to welcoming new analysts, we've refreshed our leadership team. First, we want to extend our sincere thanks to Dylan Ferguson,
Smritha Srinivasan, and Bret Mandler.
They have spent countless hours over the last couple years further developing LCG into the organization it is today.

EDUCATION UPDATE
Building foundational consulting skills
Our education curriculum is in full swing. Adi Shrinkhande (Director of Education) and Madison Mackenzie (Associate Director of Education) led our first session on October 20th, focusing on foundational consulting skills that analysts will apply directly to their client work.
CAMPUS INITIATIVES
Expanding consulting resources on campus
Sean, Ford, and Dylan recently met with Marina Odierno, Associate Director of Professional Development of the College of Business, to discuss bringing more case competition opportunities to Lehigh.
While LCG currently hosts its own annual case competition partnered with a consulting firm (recent years have seen partnerships with Accenture), our goal is to expand this to include a greater variety of perspectives and promote participation across all business clubs.
ALUMNI
How to get involved
We want our alumni to remain connected with LCG as you progress through your professional careers. We're currently seeking support in two key areas:
Mock Interviews: Acting as the "client" to help students develop their communication skills and receive constructive feedback.
Mentorship: We're pairing analysts with mentors to help navigate career goals and technical development.
Action Item: If you're interested in being a mentor or helping with mock interviews, please reach out to us through the Contact button, or sign up using the form below. If you know any other LCG alumni who would be interested in signing up, feel free to forward this to them.
Thank you to the firms and alumni who attended our 2025 Consulting Summit, and to our new class of analysts for their dedication to the Analyst Development Program.
